Website development that ranks on Google and converts visitors into enquiries
Fast, search-optimised websites and online stores built on Next.js or WordPress — Core Web Vitals green, schema markup in place, and a lead form wired to your CRM from day one.
In short
My website development starts at ₹7,000 for a compact business site, against an Indian market that typically runs ₹25,000–₹1,50,000. A standard 5–8 page site takes 2–4 weeks once content is approved, and e-commerce is quoted separately. I build on Next.js or WordPress depending on how your team will actually use the site.
Every build includes keyword research before design, technical SEO (schema, sitemaps, canonicals, Core Web Vitals), a CMS your team can edit, analytics and Search Console setup, and lead forms connected to your CRM. You own the domain, hosting, repository and all accounts.

What kind of website do you actually need?
Most quotes go wrong because nobody asked this first. A five-page brochure site and a catalogue-driven store are different products with different costs, and paying for the wrong one is the most expensive mistake in this category.
| Type of site | Best for | Typical build |
|---|---|---|
| Business / brochure site | Consultancies, clinics, trusts, manufacturers who need credibility and enquiries | 5–10 pages, CMS, lead form, local SEO |
| Lead-generation site | Service businesses buying Google or Meta ads | Landing pages per service, call tracking, A/B-ready layouts |
| E-commerce store | Retailers and brands selling online | Catalogue, payments, shipping, GST invoicing, abandoned-cart recovery |
| Web application | Portals, booking systems, dashboards, member areas | Custom database, authentication, roles, admin panel |
| Rescue / redesign | Sites that are slow, unranked or abandoned by a previous developer | Audit first, then rebuild or repair with rankings preserved |
Next.js or WordPress? An honest comparison
There is no universally right answer, and anyone who gives you one without asking questions is selling what they happen to build. The deciding factor is almost always how often your team publishes and how custom the functionality is.
| WordPress | Next.js / React | |
|---|---|---|
| Best when | Your team publishes content weekly and wants full editing control | Speed, custom functionality or integrations matter more than casual editing |
| Page speed | Good with disciplined hosting and few plugins | Excellent — statically generated, consistently green Core Web Vitals |
| Editing | Anyone can edit; huge plugin ecosystem | Editing via a headless CMS; cleaner but needs setup |
| Ongoing cost | Hosting plus plugin licences and update maintenance | Cheap hosting, minimal maintenance surface |
| Security load | Needs regular updates — plugins are the usual attack path | Very small attack surface; no plugin monoculture |
| Typical build cost | ₹25,000–₹1,00,000 | ₹60,000–₹3,00,000+ |
SEO is built in, not sold as an add-on
A website that is not found is a brochure nobody picked up. Technical SEO is part of the build here rather than a separate invoice, because retrofitting it costs more than doing it once, correctly.
- Keyword map: every page is assigned a real search query with real volume before it is designed
- Clean URL structure, internal linking and a logical heading hierarchy
- Schema markup — LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Product, Breadcrumb — so you qualify for rich results
- Core Web Vitals: image compression, lazy loading, font strategy, minimal JavaScript
- XML sitemap, robots.txt and Search Console verified and submitted
- Open Graph and Twitter cards so shared links look deliberate
- An llms.txt file and clean, extractable content structure so ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity can read and cite your pages
Built to be found by AI assistants, not just Google
A growing share of buying research now happens inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity rather than a search results page. Those systems reward the same things Google does — clear structure, factual answers near the top, marked-up entities — plus a few they specifically need.
Every site I build ships with direct-answer blocks, fact tables, FAQ schema and an llms.txt index. It is the same work that wins featured snippets, so it costs nothing extra and pays twice.
Indicative pricing
What website development costs
These are my prices, not market averages — the Indian market for the same work typically starts around ₹25,000, and the comparison is on the cost-guide page. Your itemised quote comes after scoping.
| Scope | Indicative range | What sits inside it |
|---|---|---|
| Business website, 5–8 pages | ₹7,000 – ₹80,000 | Design, CMS, mobile-responsive build, technical SEO, contact and WhatsApp forms, analytics |
| Larger site, 10–20 pages | ₹40,000 – ₹1,50,000 | Everything above plus service landing pages, blog architecture, keyword mapping, schema |
| E-commerce store | ₹50,000 – ₹8,00,000 | Catalogue, payment gateway, shipping, GST invoicing, order management — cost scales with catalogue size and integrations |
| Custom web application | Quoted after scoping | Database design, authentication, roles, admin panel, third-party integrations |
| Website redesign / rescue | ₹15,000 – ₹1,20,000 | Audit, rebuild preserving rankings and URLs, redirect map, speed remediation |
| Care plan (optional) | ₹15,000 – ₹60,000 / year | Updates, backups, uptime monitoring, security patching, small content edits |
Domain (₹1,000–₹2,000/year) and hosting (₹2,000–₹50,000/year depending on traffic) are billed at cost, in your name. Copywriting and photography are quoted separately when you need them.

The exact platforms I build website development on.
Mainstream, well-supported products with real warranties and real communities — so your system stays maintainable long after the invoice is settled.
Why clients pick me for this
Four promises, written into every website development contract.
Fixed price, no scope-creep billing
The quote you approve is the amount you pay. Anything extra is quoted and approved by you before a rupee is spent.
Milestone payments, not upfront risk
You pay against delivered stages. If a milestone is not signed off, the next one does not start.
Satisfaction sign-off before handover
Delivery closes only when you have tested it and confirmed it does what the scope said. Fixes inside that scope are free.
Support after the invoice is paid
A defined warranty period, then optional AMC. You call the person who built it — never a ticket queue.

FAQ
Website development — questions clients ask
How much does a website cost in India in 2026?
A 5–8 page business website typically costs ₹25,000–₹1,50,000 depending on design depth, page count and integrations. E-commerce runs ₹50,000–₹8,00,000 as catalogue size and features grow. Freelancers generally quote less than agencies for the same scope — the difference is usually design, content and post-launch support quietly left out of the cheaper quote, so compare line items rather than totals.
How long does a website take to build?
A 5–8 page business site takes 2–4 weeks from approved content. E-commerce and web applications run 6–12 weeks and are scheduled in milestones. The single biggest cause of delay is content — text, photos and product data arriving late.
Should I choose WordPress or Next.js?
WordPress when your team publishes constantly and wants to edit everything themselves. Next.js when speed, custom functionality or integrations matter more. I recommend one after hearing how you will actually use the site day to day, not before.
Will my website rank on Google?
Technical SEO is included in every build, which is what makes ranking possible — it does not make it automatic. Ranking for competitive commercial keywords also needs content and links over three to six months. I will tell you honestly which of your target keywords are winnable quickly and which are a long campaign.
Do you write the website content?
I can. Copywriting and photography are quoted separately, or you supply the content and I structure and optimise it for search. Either way you approve every word before launch.
Can you redesign my existing website without losing rankings?
Yes. A redesign starts with an audit of current rankings and traffic, then keeps working URLs, adds a redirect map for anything that changes, and preserves the pages that already earn traffic. Rankings dipping after a redesign is almost always a missing redirect map.
Who owns the domain, hosting and code?
You do. Domain, hosting, repository, CMS logins and analytics are registered in your name, and you get all credentials with documentation at handover. Nothing is held hostage.
Do you provide website maintenance after launch?
Thirty days of post-launch support is included. After that, an optional care plan covers updates, backups, security patching, uptime monitoring and small content edits — typically ₹15,000–₹60,000 a year depending on the site.
Can you connect the website to my CRM?
Yes. Forms can post into HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Google Sheets, WhatsApp or plain email, with GA4 and Meta conversion events firing on submission so every lead carries its source.
Do you work with clients outside Bengaluru?
Yes — website work is delivered remotely for clients anywhere in India and internationally. Video calls, WhatsApp and staging links replace meetings entirely.
