Terms of use

The terms for using this website and its AI connector. Project work is governed by the written scope and quote we agree separately — not by this page.

What this page covers

These terms cover the public website at samuelmarndi.com and the MCP connector at /api/mcp.

They do not govern paid work. Every engagement has its own written scope, price, payment schedule and intellectual-property clause, and where those disagree with this page, the engagement contract wins.

Using the site

You may read, quote and link to anything published here. Please attribute and link back rather than republishing a page wholesale.

Do not use the site or the connector to break the law, to send someone else's details without their say-so, or to submit enquiries in bulk. The connector rate-limits enquiries for exactly that reason.

The AI connector

The connector lets an AI assistant send me an enquiry on your behalf. Two things follow from that, and both matter.

Only send your own details. Submitting someone else's name and email through an assistant is not something I can verify and not something you should do.

The assistant is not me. Anything an assistant says about my services, prices or availability is its own output, and it can be wrong. Nothing an assistant tells you is an offer or a commitment from me. The binding version is the written quote I send you.

The connector is offered as-is and may change or stop working — it depends on platforms I do not control.

Prices and content on this site

The prices published here are researched indicative market ranges, not a rate card and not a quote. Scope moves the figure more than anything else. The only binding number is the one in a written quote with your name on it.

Guides and comparisons are my opinion at the time of writing, offered in good faith. They are not professional advice for your specific situation, and acting on them is your decision.

Liability

The site and the connector are provided as-is. I do not warrant that either will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows I am not liable for loss arising from relying on published content or from the connector being unavailable.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for paid work is dealt with in the engagement contract, not here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.

Something here unclear?

Ask before you rely on it. I would rather answer a question than have you assume.
