Published so you can check any quote before you receive one — including mine. These are researched 2026 market ranges, not a rate card. Your number comes after scoping: itemised, in writing, free, within 24 hours.

E-commerce and cloud migration scale with scope and are quoted after a conversation. Custom software, networking, servers and IoT are quoted after a survey, because any published range for those would be too wide to be useful.

Domain (₹1,000–₹2,000/year) and hosting (₹2,000–₹50,000/year depending on traffic) are billed at cost, in your name. Copywriting and photography are quoted separately when you need them.

Budget 25–30% above the build quote for total first-year cost — store fees, hosting, third-party APIs and post-launch iteration. I put those numbers in the quote rather than leaving you to find them.

I do not take commissions from model providers. Where a cheaper or smaller model does the job as well, that is what I will recommend — the monthly bill is your cost, not my margin.

Cloud provider charges are billed by AWS, Azure or Google directly to your own account — I never resell capacity, because a consultant who profits from your bill has no reason to shrink it.

Retainers run month to month. I would rather keep clients by results than by contract, and a channel that is not producing enquiries after a fair trial gets stopped rather than quietly continued.

Minimum term is one month. Every contract includes an exit clause that hands you documentation and credentials — changing provider should never be expensive by design.

Indian managed-services rates sit at roughly a quarter to a half of US and UK equivalents, which commonly run $100–$300 per user per month. Anyone quoting you Western pricing for Indian delivery should be asked what the difference buys.

Older devices cost more to cover, not less — a five-year-old fleet carries more failures than a two-year-old one, and any provider quoting a flat rate regardless of age is either averaging it back somewhere or planning to argue at claim time.

STQC-certified cameras cost ₹300–₹800 more per unit than grey-market equivalents and are what I quote by default — the warranty is the point. Site survey fee is credited against the installation if you proceed.
Quote-only services
Where a published range would be dishonest.
Custom software, networking and structured cabling, servers and storage, and IoT are quoted after a survey or process mapping. The variables — cable routes, workload sizing, module count, sensor access — move the number by multiples, so a range wide enough to be true would be too wide to be useful.
What I publish instead is the structure of the quote: fixed survey or discovery fee credited against the work, hardware at transparent supply cost with models and warranties listed, fixed prices per module or per point, and documentation included rather than extra.

Pricing questions
Why publish prices at all if everything is quoted?
Because you deserve to be able to sanity-check a quote before you receive one — including mine. These are researched Indian market ranges for 2026, not my rate card. Your number comes after scoping and can land outside them in either direction.
Are these your prices or market prices?
Market ranges, gathered from published Indian pricing across each category. They exist so you can tell whether any quote you receive — from me or anyone else — is roughly reasonable.
Why is some work quote-only?
Because publishing a range for custom software, IoT or a server build would be dishonest: the honest range before scoping is so wide it tells you nothing. For those, what I publish instead is how the quote is structured.
Do you charge for quotes or site surveys?
Quotes are free. Site surveys for CCTV, access control, cabling and servers carry a fixed fee that is credited against the installation if you proceed — that keeps survey slots for people who actually intend to buy.
How do payments work?
Milestone-based against delivered stages. If a milestone is not signed off, the next one does not start. Hardware is invoiced at transparent cost with model and warranty listed line by line.
Do you offer AMC or retainers?
Yes. IT AMC typically starts around ₹250–₹800 per device per month, server AMC from ₹2,500 per server, network AMC from ₹5,000 a month, and marketing retainers from ₹15,000 a month. All run month to month.
