Yes — under about ten machines, or for an estate nobody depends on. Below that scale a contract is usually more than you need. What makes it the wrong choice above that is not just the unpredictable bill: it is the queue. Break-fix clients are served after contract clients, and the day you most need someone is the day everyone else does too. ### How fast do you respond?
